Still tired...

I am sure no one really cares that I am so tired, but I am. I can't seem to have the energy I usually have. I had a Primary Activity this morning. I think it was a success but I just felt like I dragged.

Thanks Amy for the tickets to The DaVinci Code. I am wondering what everyone thought? I liked it, but didn't love it. Travis has never read the book but he liked it quite a bit.

Sadly, that is about all I can come up with today. Man, pathetic!

I hope you get to take a luxurious Sunday nap today, and that you start feeling more energetic and back to normal soon. You looked fabulous the other night at the movie, so you've got that going for you.

I didn't like the movie very much (but I'm glad I saw it). It just wasn't suspenseful, and it seems like it really should have been.

Like Jill, I missed the suspense. I felt like if I hadn't known what was going to happen the entire time I would have enjoyed it more. I almost wished they would have chenged something major about the story to accomplish just that. Otherwise, I thought it was entertaining, I really enjoyed Ian McKellan, and I didn't walk away feeling like I'd wasted two and a half hours of my life. It won't go down as my favorite, but at east I don't have to say that I hated it!

I think Ian McKellan made the movie, he was entertaining and believable. The albino monk was frightening, and maybe if they'd used him more they could have created more suspense. Instead it was more like being seriously startled 3 or 4 times.

I hope you can rest up this weekend and start to feel more like yourself. It seems that all I've heard about the movie is negative, however we just watched Ebert & Roper, and they both gave it thumbs up!

I'm sure your activity was great.
Hope you get to rest Sunday.
We did love the movie- thought the story was really well told. Never expected an action thriller which is where all the bad reviews seem to be coming from.

I really enjoyed the movie. I think that it stayed very true to the book. I wish that they had spent more time looking at the paintings at the beginning of the movie. That was one of the most fascinating parts about the book.

I agree that the suspense is gone after reading the book. But, I feel that I read it so long ago that I forgot a lot of things.

Thanks for the evening out, Amy.

Where are you Collette? Are you okay? Do you need reinforcements? Are you going to make it for Jana's birthday tomorrow night? I'm worried about you!! I'm going to call you right now...
